CFMTTI Budni Recruitment 2025: Stenographer Grade-I (Group B) Posts on Deputation

The Central Farm Machinery Training & Testing Institute (CFMTTI), located in Budni, Madhya Pradesh, is inviting applications from eligible and experienced government officers for the post of Stenographer Grade-I (English and/or Hindi). Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must currently be employed in one of the following organizations.

• Central Government
• State Governments
• Union Territory Administrations
• Public Sector Undertakings
• Recognized Universities or Research Institutions
• Autonomous or Statutory Bodies

Candidates must fulfill one of the following conditions:

1. Holding an similar post on regular base in the parent skeleton or department.
2. The applicant should have completed at least six years of regular service in a Level-5 post (₹29,200–92,300) or in a similar role within their current department.
3. Having ten times of regular service in a post in Level- 4( ₹ 25,500 – 81,100) of the pay matrix or original in the parent skeleton.

Additional Guidelines:

• Departmental officers in the confluent grade who are in the direct line of creation are n’t eligible.
• Deputationists cannot be considered for promotion within the department.
• To be eligible for deputation, candidates must be 56 years of age or younger as on the final date for submitting the application.
• The total period of deputation, including any earlier deputation in another post or department, must not exceed three years.
• Absorption is only open to officers who are presently working under the Central Government, any State Government, or Union Territory Administration.

Pay Scale

• Level: Level-6 in the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission
• Salary Range: ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month
• The selected officer will also be eligible for other allowances and benefits as applicable under Central Government rules.

Selection Process

The recruitment will be carried out through the deputation/absorption process, based on:

• Fulfillment of eligibility criteria
• Scrutiny of service records
• Verification of APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports)
• Vigilance and integrity clearance

There will be no written test or interview. The selection process will rely entirely on the candidate’s service record and submitted documents.
