Eligibility Criteria

Chief General Manager (Administration & HR)

  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree obtained from a recognized university or accredited institution.
  • Experience:
    • 17 years of continuous service in positions at Level-10 and above.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Administration, HR, Establishment, or Personnel Management.
  • Recruitment Mode: Promotion or Deputation (through Search-cum-Selection Committee)
  • Eligibility for Deputation: Officers in analogous posts in Level-14 or with 3 years of regular service in Level-13 from Central/State Governments, PSUs, or autonomous bodies.

Chief General Manager (Legal)

  • Educational Qualification: Possession of a Law degree from an accredited university or recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • 17 years of service in posts at Level-10 or above.
    • At least 10 years of experience in legal matters related to contracts, arbitration, legislation, or land acquisition.
  • Desirable Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Recruitment Mode: Deputation (through Search-cum-Selection Committee)
  • Eligibility for Deputation: Officers holding equivalent positions in Level-14 or those with three years of continuous service in Level-13 are eligible.

General Manager (Legal)

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Law degree from a recognized university or accredited institute.
  • Experience:
    • 14 years of post-qualification experience.
    • At least 6 years in handling legal matters relating to contracts, arbitration, land acquisition, etc.
  • Desirable Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Recruitment Mode: Deputation
  • Eligibility for Deputation: Officers in analogous posts in Level-13 or with 5 years of regular service in Level-12 from government organizations or PSUs.
