Job Role & Responsibilities

The appointee will have a significant responsibility for administering construction and engineering operations at JNCASR.

• Overseeing and coordinating building construction projects from design to delivery
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors for timely project delivery
• Interpreting engineering designs, topographical reports, and blueprints
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and construction codes
• Monitoring construction quality, materials, and overall site progress
• Maintaining project documentation including reports, logs, and quality checks
• Managing project costs and optimizing resource usage
• Reporting project milestones and issues to senior management

Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university or institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in civil/site engineering positions.

• Experience in construction project supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and GIS tools
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and green building practices
