Eligibility Criteria

1. PGT (All Subjects) – Regular

  • Educational Qualification:
    Master’s Degree or Integrated Postgraduate Course (with at least 50% marks) in the relevant subject.
    B.Ed, 3-year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed, or 4-year Integrated B.Ed (with at least 50% marks).
    Must be proficient in teaching in English.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as on 31 March 2025
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    CTET or STET qualification
    Experience in residential schools or Sainik Schools
    Proficiency in co-curricular, games, and computer applications
    Experience of teaching as TGT

2. PGT (Computer Science) – Regular

  • Educational Qualification:
    M.Sc (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or IT (with at least 50%)
    B.Ed or equivalent degrees as mentioned above
    Ability to teach in English
  • Desirable:
    Higher qualifications
    Proficiency in networking and hardware
    Prior TGT or residential school experience

3. PEM/PTI-cum-Matron (Female Only) – Contractual

  • Essential Qualification:
    B.P.Ed (4 years)
    OR Graduation + 1-year Diploma in B.P.Ed
    OR B.Sc (Physical Education) + 1-year Diploma in B.P.Ed
  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years as on 31 March 2025
  • Desirable:
    Participation in sports/NCC
    Experience in residential schools
    Diploma in sports coaching
    Experience in recognized institutions

4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Contractual

  • Educational Qualification:
    12th pass
    Typing speed of 40 words per minute in English or Hindi
    Basic knowledge of shorthand and correspondence
  • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years as on 31 March 2025
  • Desirable:
    Higher education
    Knowledge of government rules, shorthand, and official documentation
    LDC experience in educational or Sainik Schools

Salary Structure

PostSalary Structure
All PGT PositionsLevel-08: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100 + allowances
PEM/PTI-cum-Matron₹40,000 per month (Consolidated)
LDC₹28,000 per month (Consolidated)

Regular posts receive DA and other admissible allowances. Contractual posts are fixed pay.

Selection Process

The selection process for each post will include the following steps:

  1. Written Test – Subject-specific and general aptitude
  2. Skill / Practical / Class Demonstration / Trade Test – Based on the role
  3. Interview – For shortlisted candidates after initial rounds

The school reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on performance at each stage. Final selection will be purely merit-based.
