Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 24 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Post Graduate/PG Diploma in:
  • Mass Communication / Journalism / Mass Media / Media Science from a recognized university/institute.
• Additional Advantage: Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design

Experience (as on 01 April 2025):

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in:
  • Brand management
  • Corporate communications
  • Public relations
  • Social media or digital marketing
• Preferred: Experience in Banking/Financial sector

Salary / Remuneration

• The compensation will be market-linked and negotiable, depending on the candidate’s profile.
• Annual increments will be based on performance reviews.

Nature and Duration of Engagement

• Type: Contractual (Full-Time)
• Initial Contract Duration: 3 years
• Extendable: Up to 2 more years at the Bank’s discretion
• Termination Clause: 3 months’ notice or salary in lieu from either side

• SIDBI reserves the right to transfer the candidate to any of its offices or deputation to subsidiaries/partners.
