Salary/CTC

• Total CTC: Rs. 60 lakh per annum
  • Fixed Component: 80%
  • Variable Component: 20% (based on individual performance and product-based revenue generation)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Completed a full-time B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
• Full-time MBA in Marketing
• Candidates having certifications in product management or product development will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product development
• Minimum 5 years in executive leadership roles
• Candidates with experience in telecom-based technologies will be given preference

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and execute product plans that align with and advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, design, and product innovation.fv
• Collaborate with senior leadership for product-related decisions
• Ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction
• Track market trends and develop partnerships with suppliers and technology partners
• Oversee product development budgets and resource planning

Key Skills Required

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Technical expertise in software/hardware engineering
• Experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design
• Proficiency in data analytics, machine learning, and innovation frameworks
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Strategic decision-making and budget management skills

Contract Tenure

• The appointment will be on a contractual basis for three years
• The contract is extendable by one year at a time based on performance
• The chosen candidate will undergo a one-year probation period.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on a two-level interview
• Applicants employed in Government, PSUs, or Autonomous bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
