GTRE DRDO Apprentice Recruitment 2025

The Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), Bengaluru, under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), has invited applications for Apprenticeship Training for the year 2025-26. This recruitment drive aims to engage eligible candidates for one-year training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in Graduate (Engineering and Non-Engineering), Diploma, and ITI categories. It’s an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and diploma/ITI holders to gain valuable industrial exposure and hands-on experience in a premier defense R&D organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline (2021–2025 pass-outs).
• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BCA, BBA (2021–2025 pass-outs).
• Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Technology (2021–2025 pass-outs).
• ITI Apprentice: ITI Certificate in relevant trade (from NCVT/SCVT) – passed out between 2021 and 2025.

Documents Required at the Time of Verification/Joining

• 10th Marksheet & Certificate
• Marksheet of all semesters (BE/B.Tech/Degree/Diploma/ITI)
• Final or Provisional Degree/Diploma/ITI Certificate
• Caste/EWS/PWD Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card (or Govt. Photo ID)
• Two Passport-size Photographs
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Police Verification Certificate (from District Authority)

• Selection does not guarantee permanent employment with GTRE or DRDO.
