- Qualifications:
- Essential:
- A Master’s degree in Psychology (M.Sc. or MA) or a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A Diploma in Career Guidance and Counseling is a plus, but not mandatory.

- No prior experience is required, so fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in counseling is an advantage, but it’s not a must.
- Language Proficiency:
- You must be fluent in Telugu to communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers in the region.
- Skills:

- Fundamental proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing reports and presentations.
Salary and Contract Details:
- Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month.
- Contract Duration: Initially until 31st March 2025, with a possibility of renewal for another academic year (June 2025 to March 2026) depending on performance and need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Career Counseling:
- Help students explore their career options, discuss academic interests, and align their strengths with their future paths.
- Work with teachers, parents, and the community to create personalized career plans for students.
- Mental Health Support:
- Provide counseling for students dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or any other emotional challenges.
- Organize workshops on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and emotional well-being for both students and staff.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with teachers, principals, and local communities to offer holistic support to students.
- Visit rural areas and slums to understand the local conditions and offer tailored counseling services.
- Workshops and Seminars:
- Organize and conduct sessions for students and staff about career planning, stress management, and mental health awareness.
