HQ Southern Command Group C Admit Card 2025 – Download Hall Ticket & Exam Date

The Southern Command of the Indian Army, based in Pune, released a recruitment notification earlier this year for several Group C civilian posts. These posts include MTS, Cook, and Washerman, all of which fall under the Ministry of Defence. With the application process now completed, candidates can move forward to the next stage — the written examination.

• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – 10 Posts
• Cook – 5 Posts
• Washerman – 5 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for any of the advertised posts, candidates had to meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification

• For all posts (MTS, Cook, Washerman): Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized board or institution.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years

Age relaxation is provided as per government norms:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Pay Scale

named campaigners will admit payment and allowances as per the 7th Central Pay Commission

• Pay Matrix Level: Level 1 or Level 2
• Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 18,000 per month (excluding allowances)
• Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and others will be applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process

The selection process involves multiple stages to insure a fair and transparent reclamation.

1. Written Examination
   • Objective-type questions on General Awareness, General English, Reasoning, and Numerical Aptitude.
2. Skill/Trade Test
   • Applicable for Cook and Washerman posts.
3. Document Verification
   • Verification of original documents for eligibility.
4. Medical Examination
   • Basic fitness test to ensure candidates meet required health standards.

Only those who clear the written test will be shortlisted for the skill/ trade test and farther stages.

Application Process (Offline – Now Closed)

The application was accepted through offline mode only. Candidates had to follow the steps below:

1. Download the application form from the official notification.
2. Fill in personal, educational, and contact details.
3. Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates, identity proof, and other required documents.
4. Include a self-addressed envelope with a postal stamp of Rs. 25.
5. Send the complete application form via Registered/Speed Post to the specified address before the last date.

Applications received after the deadline were not considered.

How to Download the Admit Card

Candidates who have submitted the application can now download their admit card by following the steps below:

1. Visit the official website of the Indian Army.
2. Go to the Recruitment or What’s New section.
3. Find the link named “ Admit Card – HQ Southern Command Group C 2024 ”.
4. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
5. Click submit and download the admit card.
6. Take a clear printout for use at the exam center.

Documents Required on Exam Day

To enter the exam center, candidates must bring:

• A published dupe of the admit card( rather in color)
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.)
• A recent passport-size photo (as used in the application)
• A blue or black ballpoint pen

No entry will be allowed without the admit card and valid ID proof.
