A service bond of ₹2 Lakhs must be signed, requiring the candidate to serve IBPS for at least 3 years after selection.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Professor

Educational Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology / Educational Measurement / Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics with at least 55% marks in Post-Graduation.
• Preference will be given to Ph.D. holders with research experience in Educational/Employment Testing, Technology in Assessment, and related fields.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 3 years as an Associate Professor or equivalent.

Special Skills Required:

• Experience in Examination Content Creation, Content Analysis, Psychometrics, Data Analytics, AI for Examination Systems.
• Knowledge of computer applications related to testing and assessment.

2. Data Analyst

Educational Qualification:

• Essential: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Electronics & Communication, Machine Learning & AI OR M.Sc. (Maths/Statistics/Economics/IT) OR MCA with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Desirable: Diploma/PG Diploma in Data Sciences.
• Additional Preference for MBA/PGDM, FRM, PRM, CFA certifications.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, IT Companies, NBFCs, or PSUs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in Mathematical Modeling, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, AI & ML Model Development, Data Mining, NLP, and Statistical Programming.
• Hands-on experience in Python, R, JMP, SPSS, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Tableau.
